The Ministry of Finance aims to provide policy and strategic advice, as well as financial services to the Government in order to achieve sustainable, long-term economic outcomes and fiscal viability towards the advancement of the national vision to ‘achieve quality of life for all Samoan citizens’. The Ministry's role is to promote accountability and transparency in service delivery to the community through establishment and implementation of sound financial management systems, standards, policies and procedures.
