Marino & Fuarosa of SAO attended a Professional Development Placement training hosted by the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman (OCO) Australia in Canberra & Brisbane on the 25^th Feb to 8^th March, 2019.

The training focused on mentorship, complaints management and the importance of making well informed business decisions within legal standards. This is in line with one of the key goals for our Strategic Plan; that is to expand the strategic development of our office and to effectively manage & develop our human resources. SAO wish to thank OCO Australia for their hospitality and for hosting this training to enhance staff competence.
