Last week, we celebrated Auditor Proud Day, an event celebrated by the international auditing community on the last Thursday of September. This year, we used this opportunity to spotlight our auditors' academic and professional achievements made possible under the vision and leadership of the CAG Fuimaono Papalii CG Afele.

Auditor Proud Day is about celebrating the important role of auditors in society and an occasion to recognize and honor the hard work and dedication of auditors worldwide. Our auditors' efforts and successes showcase their dedication, expertise, and commitment to our profession. Their enhanced capabilities also empower them to conduct quality audits that drive positive improvements in Government. 

Auditor Proud Day also served as a reminder of our Vision: 
To be a leader in delivering independent public sector audit services and promoting improvement in public sector administration.

Le susuga i le faletua ia Sarai Luatua, who is also a Principal Auditor in our office, led us in a small devotion to mark the occasion, imparting inspiring words of wisdom and faithful advice. 

In commemorating this year's Auditor Proud Day, we also extend our appreciation to the local audit partners we work with to conduct our many audits.
